Just returned from our 7th visit in late May with our 8th already booked in around the New Year. That should tell you all you need to know about what we think of these cottages and their hosts. We have stayed in all four and love the individuality of them all. Trust me you will NOT be disappointed whether you are a dog owner or, as like us, you are not. Few places give you a “home from home” feel but these cottages definitely do that. Total R and R is guaranteed.

25th – 29th May 2015 Here we are again – staying in The Stables this time as we are a party of four. As ever, we are delighted with the accommodation and the lovely welcome. We have had a relaxing time in these beautiful surroundings, enjoying plenty of walks despite the mixed weather! Thank you John and Hazel – already looking forward to our next visit…

What a great week! We visited Plas Newydd, Plas Cadnant and Llynnon Windmill. We did a rib ride round Puffin Island and saw the seals as well as lots of sea birds. We had fabulous walks and bike rides round the Island. We ate out at The Boathouse (Red Wharfe), Dylans (Menai), The Black Lion, The Seacroft and Lastra Farm – all fantastic. Many thanks John and Hazel, the cottage is such a lovely base to do all these things from and come ‘home’ to. See you very soon, Chris and Helen, Bolton

Recently returned from our third stay in one of the beautiful cottages – this time The Stables. We cannot recommend staying here enough! Nothing is too much trouble for John and Hazel and their impeccable taste and quality is visible everywhere you look. Truly a home from home and somewhere we intend to visit for years to come! Thank you both.

Just returned from a week at The Stables cottage on the 15th April. What an amazing time we had. Hazel and John couldn’t have been any more accommodating, the cottage itself was beautiful, a real home from home and so central to get anywhere. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Our dogs loved the space they had to run about in… just fantastic.

We have just had a delightful 3 days at The Stables which was a fabulous property of the highest standards. Set in glorious countryside yet close enough to the many beaches of Anglesey. Discretely hosted by Hazel and John in this home from home.

Have had a great three nights staying in The Dairy. The accommodation is second to none with great hospitality from Hazel and Mike. The furnishings, facilities could not be better even to the welcome hamper and fresh flowers. Having our dog can sometimes be a drawback but not here, everything is thought. If you are looking for great accommodation look no further as it cannot be bettered.

Came home yesterday from a 4 night stay in the Granary. What a beautiful cottage very homely indeed, very tastefully done. Not only is there some great walks in the area, when you get back it is so peaceful sitting in your own personal court yard listening to the sheep and lambs bleeting and the birds singing. Hazel and John are such a lovely couple and make you feel very welcome. Highly recommend this as a place to stay

We stayed on 4 occasions in 2018, alternating between The Stables and The Dairy. It is our happy place. First class accommodation in a peaceful country setting. Our Italian Spinone, Florence, thinks it is her second home. Hazel and John are perfect hosts: they’re there if you need them but content to let you just relax. Already booked for 2 stays in 2019 and probably more. If you find somewhere like this, you won’t go anywhere else.
